While our workout and nutrition recommendations consider several factors specific to each individual, including anthropometric data, fitness goals, and lifestyle factors, our recommended workout plans and specific exercises should not be misconstrued as medical advice, prescriptions, or diagnoses. Any change in medical condition/weight/lifestyle should be notified by the Users to us as soon as it occurs.
