Low Calories and Low Carb Watermelon Summer Cooler


During this lockdown period, we all are at home and trying to make innovative and/or new dishes for ourself and family. But at the same time, we start thinking of calories in that dish due to which we really can't enjoy the food we are preparing or eating. One more reason is also there, which is, we don't know the foods which are low in calories as well as taste good/awesome. So, here I am sharing one of those recipes which is tasty, refreshing, good for diabetes, beat the heat and maintain your weight.




#Carbohydrates - 5 gm/serving

#Totalcalories - 21 kcal/serving




INGREDIENTS:-

Watermelon - 100gm

Mint leaves - 7-8 leaves

Lemon - 1

Plain Carbonated Soda - 150ml
