Refund Policy

You may cancel your Member Account at any time within 30 (thirty) days from the date of subscription to any of the plans. If you cancel your Member Account or the same is suspended or terminated by us within the aforesaid period, we shall refund any license or subscription fees as below:

 

Refund request in first 7 days -

 

i) if diet chart not given by the time of request of refund then, 100% (One hundred percent) refund of any license or subscription fees;
ii) if diet chart given by the time of request of refund then, 75% (seventy-five percent) refund of any license or subscription fees.

 

Please note that the above charges will be adjusted after deducting the Doctor Consultation charge (INR 999/- or  (10.80 EURO). The refund shall be processed in the manner/mode which is used to subscribe to any of the plans within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that there shall be no refunds or cancellations entertained or initiated in respect of Product purchases made by Users on the Third Party Platforms. Privacy & Payments

Please Note: Collection of payments from Users will be done by a third-party payment gateway on the Marketplace. In the event of any disputed payments being made, we shall pass on the dispute to the payment gateway provider for resolution. This shall be the extent of our obligations in this regard; Users are requested to specify their billing addresses, a dispute in which will not be covered under our purview.

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. We assure you complete transaction and personal information privacy and protection from third-party intrusions. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the terms of payment and billing policy mentioned above. We may add new services for additional fees, or amend fees for existing services, at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to promptly provide us with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.)

However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information and User Content for improper purposes.
