About me,

I'm a Nutritionist/ Dietician, Diabetes Educator, Lactation counsellor, Child Health educator and prosperity teacher.

You may know me as a Nutrition consultant especially about diabetes, at Kalpavriksh Superciality Cente, one of the leading centers for Diabetes care.

During my years with practical nutrition wellness, I penned one paper on Vitamin B12 deficiency published in IJEM, presented work in many conferences, helped to make Indian food data base of an app for Type 1 Diabetes.

But  a lot has changed since I started practicing,

In 2018, I decided to move on from regular Diabetes Nutrition consultant to Therapeutic Diabetes reversal consultant to create a new movement in the world of personal development and the science in mind.

Also,  with the help of one of my friends (Dr. Sweta Singla , Neurologist) started Diabetes Nutrition course (Knolead.com) to make people aware of the severity and ease of managing it.

My personal philosophy is - " step and step to a ladder, would definitely reach to the desired destination".

I love to cook, create new recipes, watch movies, try to be regular at gym and eat real fresh food. All in all, I'm determined to help people to meet unique goals related to health.
